Sprig FAQ

Sprig is a naturally sweetened, carbonated beverage, infused with 20mg of CBD, the most widely-known non-psychoactive compound in hemp. CBD does not get you high, unlike THC.

Each can of Sprig is infused with 20mg of CBD derived from hemp. We use a purified CBD isolate that contains 0% THC. We blend our isolate with natural flavors and sweeteners, filtered spring water, and carbonation. Sprig is made in a state-of-the-art, food-grade production facility with the utmost care for the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Sprig is available for purchase on our website, and in participating stores across the countries.

The Farm Bill of 2018 made it federally legal to grow hemp and extract CBD, so long as it is from hemp plants that contain less than 0.3% THC. The FDA, however, is studying CBD and has not approved it as a food additive or dietary supplement.

Consumers must use their own discretion in consuming ingestible CBD products, such as Sprig. For more information about the FDA’s views on CBD, see here.

CBD is believed to have health benefits, but its effects are being studied and are generally unproven. The FDA has only approved one drug containing CBD for limited use in treating epilepsy. The FDA has not approved CBD as a food additive in products such as Sprig.
